Brief Description
Are you passionate about people and keen to build your career in Employee Relations (ER)?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated ER team where you'll gain hands-on experience, continuous development, and the chance to make a real impact.
As our HR Business Partner Support [Employee Relations], you'll play a key role in supporting our ER Business Partners to deliver proactive, professional advice across the business. From helping to resolve complex or high-risk cases, to contributing to key ER projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the role (External)
Based at our London Blackfriars office, you'll be surrounded by a collaborative wider HR team that truly values learning, teamwork, and professional growth. We'll support you every step of the way to develop your expertise and build your career in this specialist area.
What you'll be doing:

  • Providing proactive ER support to Business Partners and local HR teams.
  • Researching, analysing, and preparing reports that inform key ER decisions.
  • Helping to shape continuous improvements in our ER processes and practices.
  • Staying up to date with ER best practice and legislation.
  • Getting involved in exciting ER projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for taking accurate and confidential notes during high-risk ER cases, including investigations and formal meetings
  • Assist with the administrative aspects of Employment Tribunal cases, including preparing paperwork, organising meetings, and maintaining clear and confidential records
What we're looking for:
  • A strong customer service mindset and great communication skills.
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced organisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A flexible, resilient, and collaborative approach.
Bonus points if you bring:
  • Previous Employee Relations experience as a HR Advisor or similar role
  • CIPD qualification or relevant HR support
