. This is an office based role, working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role involving general administrative support to the business, together with project support to our Maintenance department.
Handling incoming calls
Meet and greet visitors
Assist in the maintenance of staff training and health and safety records
Assist with maintenance of personnel files including annual leave and sickness
Assistance with the administration of the Apprenticeship scheme
Assist in arranging services for equipment and vehicles
Assist with other administration tasks as requested by management
Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders and hire of plant and equipment
Act as point of contact for engineers working in the field
Contacting clients and tenants to arrange engineer visits
Assisting project teams with reports and letters
Maintain project files and undertake filing/archiving
Qualifications and Experience:
Good communication skills
Good use of IT packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong administration and organisational skills
Willingness to learn
Ability to prioritise workload
Experience of project support/administration
Works well within a team and can self-deliver admin and project-based tasks
Salary and Benefits:
Salary - 25,500 + (depending on experience)
