Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Sales Executive to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an executive, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, and driving sales through effective retail management. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele.

Job duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Promote salon services (haircuts, coloring, treatments, etc.) to new and existing customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Recommend and sell salon products and add-on services to increase average customer spend. Approach walk-in and nearby potential clients to introduce salon offers. Build strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits. Maintain a client database and follow up with customers through calls, messages, or WhatsApp for appointments and promotions. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, special offers, and festive promotions. Promote salon deals on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community events to attract new customers. Ensure every client receives a warm welcome and quality experience. Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and professionally. Gather customer feedback to improve services. Identify local opportunities to grow the salon's visibility (corporate tie-ups, nearby apartments, gyms, etc.). Monitor competitors and suggest improvements or new service ideas to management.

Pay: 41,700.00-44,000.00 per year
