The Business Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue, meeting targets, and supporting the company's growth through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and referrals Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis Follow up on leads, inquiries, and outstanding quotations Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report findings to management Handle customer concerns professionally and support timely resolution

Skills and Requirements:



Proven experience in sales or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,000.00-36,000.00 per year
