We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Fluency in Spanish and experience with B2B sales are highly desirable, as you will be expanding our reach into Spanish-speaking markets. The successful applicant will be organised, proactive, and possess excellent analysis skills to identify new sales opportunities and optimise existing accounts.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Analyse market trends and customer data to inform strategic sales approaches
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
Conduct negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or market segment
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous, enabling communication with Spanish-speaking clients
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
