We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Business Sales Executive

to join our growing phone repair business. This role is pivotal in driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of the phone repair industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential B2B partnerships with mobile phone retailers, insurance companies, and corporate clients. Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email outreach, social media, and industry events). Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs by converting prospects into customers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective clients. Understand clients' needs and offer tailored repair solutions (screen replacements, battery changes, repairs for damaged phones, etc.). Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile phone repair services and identify new market opportunities. Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to keep the company competitive in the market.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Deliver presentations to prospective clients, explaining our services, pricing, and the benefits of choosing our repair business. Negotiate service contracts and agreements with clients to meet both client and company objectives.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and progress in CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and feedback to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the repair team and management to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the mobile phone or tech services industry. Strong understanding of the phone repair market and the ability to articulate repair services and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A strong network of potential clients or partners in the mobile or tech industry is a plus.

Preferred:



Experience in B2B sales or working with corporate accounts. Knowledge of mobile phone repair processes and common issues. Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment.
