Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence. Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals, focusing on B2B opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by achieving results. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
