Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Sales Executive to sell products to merchants, develop business partnerships, and recruit franchise or cooperation partners across the group's brands. This role involves active business development, client engagement, and commercial negotiations in a bilingual working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products and solutions to merchants
Identify, approach, and develop business partners and franchise partners
Conduct business meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Manage and follow up on partnership and franchise enquiries
Visit merchants and partners on a regular basis
Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and business events
Achieve sales and partnership targets and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles is preferred
Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) - essential
Willingness to travel for business purposes is preferred
A valid UK driving licence is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Legal right to work in the UK
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary of 29,300 - 42,000, depending on experience and performance
