Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities
Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new contracts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and product offerings
Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional manner
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
