The Business Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of Emerald Beauty Palace by uncovering and developing new commercial opportunities, cultivating strong B2B relationships, and elevating the company's strategic presence across the UK's high-end beauty, wellness, and specialist hair sectors
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, contact and qualify new trade clients (salons, spas, bridal stylists, corporate beauty accounts, online retailers).
Develop and present tailored proposals to secure new B2B sales contracts and distribution agreements for premium beauty, haircare and wellness product lines.
Manage and grow existing client and partner relationships to increase repeat business, upsell products and services, and convert leads into revenue.
Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with product launches, e-commerce growth and service offerings.
Monitor and research beauty industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities within the online retail and service sectors, then use insights to refine sales approaches.
Track sales pipelines, maintain accurate records in CRM, forecast revenue, report on performance against targets, and take action to meet or exceed quotas.
Attend trade shows, client meetings and supplier events (in-person or virtual) to promote the brand, generate leads and negotiate terms.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and product delivery teams to ensure satisfactory order fulfilment and customer experience in line with business standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency using CRM systems, sales analytics and standard office software (MS?Office, Google?Workspace).
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business?development roles, ideally within retail, e?commerce, beauty or premium service sectors.
Demonstrated track?record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, securing new client contracts or growing distribution channels.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with trade clients (e.g., retail partners, salons, event organisers), negotiating terms and closing deals.
Solid understanding of multi?channel retail environments (online/mail?order, non?store retail) and service?driven sectors (beauty/hairdressing) is highly desirable.
Ability to research market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
