This role requires excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Chinese Mandarin being a significant advantage. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, utilising Salesforce to manage leads and track sales performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Utilise Salesforce for lead management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on performance metrics.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on achieving results.
