Job Overview
Linger Mart is seeking a dynamic and dependable Business Sales Executive to help propel our growth and success. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving and surpassing our sales goals, contributing directly to the company's long-term expansion. Your efforts will drive strategic business development and help solidify Linger Mart's position as a market leader.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Linger Mart's products and any relevant limitations in the context of both in-store and online experiences;- Provide accurate quotations, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and installation options where applicable, ensuring a seamless and professional transaction process; - Coordinate and oversee the delivery and setup of goods (if required), ensuring customer expectations are met across all touchpoints;- Conduct regular follow-up interactions to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any concerns promptly, and proactively identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals;- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback to suggest product improvements and enhance the overall retail offering in line with Linger Mart's cultural and commercial mission; - Maintain detailed sales records and customer accounts, and effectively manage inquiries and complaints to uphold Linger Mart's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred and will support success in this role; - Ability and enthusiasm for selling products and building customer relationships;- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge; - Both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and persuasively;- A positive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude that supports consistent performance;- Driven to exceed targets and take ownership of personal growth and success;- Capable of managing quotes, margins, and sales calculations with confidence and accuracy;- Fluency in a foreign language (especially Mandarin or other East Asian languages) is highly advantageous in our culturally diverse and international business context.
