We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Business and Operating Models to leverage cutting edge technologies for the best customer outcomes and long-term success.

About the Role:




As our Business Architect, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to:

Steer the development of holistic business strategies and architectures that enable revenue growth, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation across the enterprise. Champion the design and realisation of innovative operating models that are both resilient and future-ready. Identify and align people, processes, and technology requirements to operationalise strategic operating models, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact through QBRs, OKRs, KPIs. Drive organisational change and strategic investments in response to market dynamics and emerging opportunities, positioning the organisation for sustainable competitive advantage. Create high-impact business architecture deliverables that clarify strategic intent, define business outcomes and cost models, and surface implications, impacts, and risks for informed decision-making. Empower strategy and business leaders to understand, apply, and operationalise new and emerging technologies, accelerating business growth and transformation. Shape and align Business Value Streams, Operations, Change initiatives, and Technology to deliver cohesive, enterprise-wide transformation.

About You:



Proven business architecture, strategy, and operating model experience. Experienced in designing and delivering large-scale transformation programmes, integrating best practices to achieve business objectives, and adapting solutions to rapidly changing environments. Skilled communicator who engages stakeholders and influences at all levels. Adept at building strong relationships across diverse teams and organisational hierarchies, facilitating productive discussions, and driving alignment toward shared goals. Expert in capability modelling, value streams, and customer journey mapping. Specialist in assessing current capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and mapping end-to-end processes to optimise operational efficiency and enrich customer experiences. Familiar with EA tools and frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, LeanIX, Orbus). Able to leverage enterprise architecture methodologies and software to support strategic planning, system integration, and architecture governance. Growth mindset, commercial awareness, and passion for collaboration. Continuously seeking out new knowledge, staying informed on industry trends, and championing innovative approaches that create commercial value through teamwork. A committed continuous learner dedicated to professional development. Actively pursuing further certifications, participating in professional networks, and embracing lifelong learning to maintain expertise and drive future success.
