We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Head Office team.

37.5hours a week (Monday - Friday 09.30 - 17.00 including a 1/2hour unpaid lunch break ).

As Business Support Administrator at Infinium your duties will include:



Reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering the main telephone, and routing calls to relevant individuals and departments.

Overseeing the scheduling and booking of meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and / or other corporate catering when required.

Maintaining office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery, cleaning products and tea and coffee etc.

Overseeing a consistent supply of items for the company's internal 'tuck shop' and the weekly fruit order.

Acting as the point of contact for the companies approved maintenance suppliers including cleaners, printer suppliers, water and coffee machines and general ad hoc office maintenance.

Arrange collection via our approved couriers and assist in packaging parcels for delivery, sort and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail.

Manage the pool and hire vehicles for the business and their documentation, including arranging lease vehicles, managing internal availability and bookings. In addition to arranging periodical maintenance checks, tracker installation and removal, valeting and servicing.

Book hotels, accommodation and ticketed transportation required by the business.

Admin associated with Vehicles and Logistics

Ad-Hoc finance support and or absence over.

Maintaining company uniform store -order stock, Issue to team members, maintain records.

Any other such duties that may be required.

To be successful in your application to the role of Business Support Administrator you should be able to demonstrate:



Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic approach along with a willingness to learn new skills.

Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

A confident user of IT programmes including Microsoft Office.

A keen eye for attention to detail, with a can-do attitude to work.

Professional and organised individual with proven experience in an office environment.

Shortlisting for this role will take place week commencing 25th August 2025
