We're now looking for a proactive and creative
Admin & Business Support Assistant (with Social Media)
to join our team and play a key role in supporting both our operations and our online presence.
In this varied role, you'll work directly with the Director and the Social Media Manager, assisting with day-to-day administrative duties, general business support, and helping execute marketing and social media tasks.
It's perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about food, branding, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Business Support
Provide daily admin support to the Director and wider team
Manage documents, data entry, and general correspondence
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Support operational tasks such as supplier communication, delivery coordination, and stock documentation
Help with light finance/admin work (invoice filing, tracking, etc.)
Assist across departments during busy periods or new product launches
Social Media & Marketing Support
Support the Social Media Manager with content planning and scheduling
Help gather, organise, and upload photos, videos, and brand materials
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers when needed
Assist with creating captions, stories, and campaign materials
Track social media analytics and performance reports
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand growth
Skills & Requirements
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Creative mindset and interest in food, branding, or marketing
Ability to adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Previous admin or marketing support experience preferred (not essential)
Driving licence an advantage
