Connexus UK is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading meat wholesaler and exporter business based in Armagh area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company, providing essential administrative and business support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact on reception, handling calls and visitors in a professional manner
Providing general administrative support across departments, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
Assisting with accounts administration, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations
Supporting management with reporting, scheduling, and business correspondence
Coordinating internal communications and supporting operational teams where required
Using IT systems effectively for data input, reporting, and maintaining compliance records
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and customers as required to ensure smooth operations
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Strong IT and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and work to deadlines
Live within a reasonable commute of
Armagh, Portadown, Dungannon, or Newry
Desirable Experience:
Background in a food manufacturing or production environment
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Some flexibility may be available
