The Opportunity:




This opportunity will focus on a number of administration modernisation projects within the Attleborough office as well as providing administrative support to legal teams and the reception staff to ensure the smooth running and effective management of the Attleborough office.


About the Team:



The Attleborough hub carries out a mixture of Private Client (Wills, Trusts and Probate), Family, Residential Conveyancing, Commercial property and Agricultural legal services.


The Role:




This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following tasks:

Creating a searchable digital database of Deeds that are held within the Attleborough Strongroom. Updating the existing searchable database of Wills that are held within the Attleborough Strongroom. Auditing the strong room (creating an electronic log of the documents going in and out of the room) Photocopying/scanning. Covering reception on occasion (including managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and meeting and greeting clients). General office administration tasks as agreed with the Attleborough Office Head. These may include: Maintaining the stationary cupboard and stock as well as other essential items in the office. Maintaining petty cash. Providing administrative support to the legal teams which may include copy typing and dictation. Providing assistance for client onboarding. Keeping files up to date and filing all documents (paper and electronic files).

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a good attention to detail as well as organisational skills. They should be a team-player who can quickly gain the trust of their team and wider firm. Has excellent attention to detail. Can demonstrate strong communication skills. Has organisational & time management skills. Has the ability to work well with others and under time pressure from time to time. Has a positive and supportive attitude. Has experience of copy typing and dealing with dictated documents.
