Bell & Company are the leading pre and post insolvency advisors in Northern Ireland and the UK. We develop and implement debt strategies for clients facing difficult financial futures at a business and personal level.

Based in Belfast with an additional office in Leeds. Our team of 20 needs another motivated individual who aspires to develop a career within a fast-growing developing company and a modern approach to career progression.

We are recruiting additional administration positions to support our busy team. This role will be suitable with either

financial services,

legal or insolvency experience

who are considering a change

Full managerial training and support together with encouragement to self-develop.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Operations Manager with case management and day-to-day operational tasks

Handle telephone support, both inbound and outbound, in a professional and confident manner

Monitor and help ensure the business remains compliant with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Administer and coordinate case handovers between teams to ensure continuity and accuracy

Provide general office administration support

Assist with ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required



Strong IT skills, including confidence using CRM Systems and Microsoft 365

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Professional and confident telephone manner

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team

Strong organisational and communication skills

What We Offer



Starting salary of 25,000 - 28,000

Four day week scheme after probation

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
