We now have a vacancy for a full time, permanent Business Support Administrator at our Bristol facility.

The Role:



The Business Support Administrator role is to assist the Group Manager with the administration of key business functions to ensure the sites operate effectively and meet the needs of the Group. This role will involve a wide range of activities also working with the quality and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:



Maintain work schedules for the engineers assisting the Group Manager. Maintain maintenance records for key machinery and equipment identified on the asset register. Ordering stock of supplies and equipment. Liaising with external contractors where necessary. Support the risk assessment process to help ensures safe working practices. Maintain management information systems and reporting. Review and answer correspondence. Manage the filing, storage and security of documents. Coordinate the various activities of the department. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries. Keeping diaries and arranging appointments. Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner. Support the business QMS and internal audit processes Facilitate and support of external audits Support with the quoting process Use of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI to produce correspondence and documents to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases. Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information in an efficient and retrievable manner. You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties from time to time and as directed by management.

Skills & Experience



A good standard of education to undertake role Attention to detail Full Driving License is desirable An ability to work well under time pressure Problem solving Skills Knowledge of and interest in Health & Safety working practices desirable Intermediate computer skills required

Hours of Work, Remuneration and Benefits:



Mon - Thu 07:30 a.m. - 16:00 pm., Fri 07:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
