As a Business Support Administrator, you'll provide essential support to our technical delivery teams within the UK&I Buildings and Places Core Market. Your role will involve (but is not limited to) organising meetings, new starter inductions, business systems support, arranging catering, timesheet support, local event management support, Microsoft Office support and general/ad-hoc business support.

Work as part of a pooled Business Support team picking up tasks from a shared inbox including:

Support with onboarding new starters. Help coordinate, compile and format reports and other documents as required. Ad-hoc administrative duties and support to local regional teams as required. Booking travel and accommodation including rail / flights / cars / visas etc. Support regional staff with meeting arrangements. Booking of external venues and handling logistics. Support to Business Support Managers and other Business Support team members when required (including annual leave cover). Reporting of IT or FM issues. Ad-hoc office-based duties require our business support teams to be present in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Relationship Building: With strong interpersonal skills, you'll take pride in fostering positive interactions with team members and visitors. Organisational Skills: Effective management of digital calendars, emails, and office supplies to ensure smooth operations. Previous experience in an administrative or business support role is advantageous.

Security clearance




This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
