The Business Support Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to ensure the effective operation of the business. This role involves processing subcontractor invoices, managing expenses and credit card reconciliations, coordinating travel and accommodation, maintaining leave records, and providing general administrative assistance to the team. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Support
Process and verify subcontractor invoices for payment.
Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions, expense claims, and returns.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in line with company policies. Office & Operational Support
Coordinate staff travel and accommodation bookings.
Maintain annual leave and attendance records.
Occasional support for onboarding processes for new employees.
Provide administrative assistance to managers and project teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes. Other qualities and requirements:
Previous experience in administration, accounts support, or office coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
