We seek to recruit an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our busy Business Support team who look after HR, Training, Health and Safety and IT across the whole of Raby Estates. There is a wide range of experience to be gained in these areas as well as assisting in other areas of the business as required.

What youll be doing




The Estate is undergoing a period of change in processes, size and scope of works. The Business Support Administrator is an exciting new role working with the rest of Business Support team to ensure we offer all employees support in their working lives. The specific tasks undertaken within this role include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the management of personnel records in HR systems and ensuring accurate record keeping. Administration duties including telephone management and handling any enquiries for the Business Support team. Organising meetings, taking minutes and create action logs as appropriate. Liaising with colleagues across all areas of the Estate. Organising Business Support events such as drop-ins and wellness campaigns. Using MS Office 365 applications such as Word and Excel to keep records and system documentation up to date and properly filed. Developing relationships with schools, colleges and universities in the local area to promote job roles. Recruitment administration including supporting hiring managers in creating job adverts, arranging interviews, room bookings and following up after interviews. Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring all compliance documentation is in place including Right to Work, Reference checks, GDPR Compliance. Working with managers to book any training requirements, making sure all employees training is in date and complaint for their roles and keeping the training matrix up to date. Administration support to others as required and activities associated with running of the Raby Estate Office as agreed with the Business Support Manager. Working with the rest of the Business Support team to develop our systems and processes to offer efficient, best practice support to all managers and employees. Any other adhoc duties when necessary.

Skills Required




To be considered for this role you must have a professional attitude with confident communication skills, sound organisational skills, good IT understanding, experience of using Microsoft Office, a flexible approach to duties undertaken, the ability to use own initiative and most importantly, be a team player.


Ideally candidates should have access to and drive their own vehicle due to the various locations within the Estate.

Qualifications



Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent. Recruitment and HR experience advantageous but not essential. Previous experience of working in a fast paced and busy office environment.
