We're looking to fill our Business Support position at NJL Boxgreen, the role will involve supporting the effective delivery of our Grounds Maintenance operations. This is a key role providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth service delivery.
Working as part of a small team, you'll have responsibility for managing client administration, work schedule management, maintaining records, (Vehicle and machinery, HR, health and safety, Industry Accreditation certification), Tender and quoting assistance and supporting project work. You'll also play a vital role in customer service, process enquiries and maintain high standards of service.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring experience in administration and clerical work, with strong IT skills across word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. You'll be highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
