An opportunity has arisen for a permanent part-time (22 hours per week) Business Support Administrator (Grade CD) to join the HAS (Health & Adult Services) administrative support team based at the Civic Centre in Harrogate.
The role of the team is to provide high quality, professional support to a range of operational staff/clients within HAS, liaising with internal and external colleagues.
You must be able to prioritise demanding workloads and work effectively as part of a small team under the direction of the Business Support Team Leader. You will have excellent ICT skills and have experience of using Microsoft packages. Previous knowledge of LLA (Liquid Logic Adults) is desirable although training will be available for the successful candidate.
You will be a highly motivated administrator with excellent customer care skills, as a key part of this role is liaison with NYC staff and other clients on behalf of the operational teams. Skills required - you will need to be conscientious, flexible and a well-organised person. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and as a member of our team.
This role will be based at the Civic Centre in Harrogate. This is not a working from home role. Working pattern will be over 3 days, usually Wednesday to Friday.
You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
