Join our growing, local business--an established leader in tanker rental since 1993--and become a key member of our Business Support Team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be a positive, professional, and organised individual who enjoys new challenges and works well under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing comprehensive administrative support across all business functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Managing reception activities, including answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Maintaining and updating training records; coordinate employee training and development as required.
Supporting HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assisting with internal communications, such as company announcements and newsletters, to keep all staff informed.
Liaising with marketing, IT, customers, and suppliers to facilitate smooth business operations and ensure all required documentation is managed effectively.
Booking and coordinating tanker periodical inspections with third-party suppliers as needed.
Overseeing scheduled maintenance and facilities management, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and maintaining accurate records of purchases.
Maintaining accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation (e.g., GDPR, health & safety).
Supporting business reporting, improvement, and innovation initiatives as directed by the Head of Finance.
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Finance and other departments as required.
Acting as a liaison between IT support and internal teams, assisting remote technicians with on-site tasks when necessary.

Please note, ideally, you would have had previous experience in a similar role or as an Administrator and you have to have an understanding of data protection legislation due to the nature of the assignments. This is a full time office based role.
