Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Data & Financial Support



Collect, verify, and maintain financial and operational data from multiple internal and external sources. Prepare accurate management reports and summaries to support data generated decision?making. Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity. Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and system management information Provide administrative and analytical support to finance and data teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies or reporting issues. Generate ad-hoc reports and insights to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Promotional Coordination



Assist in collating and delivering promotional programs and campaigns across digital, print, and at member event. Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources for promotional activities and events. Support the creation of promotional materials such as social posts, newsletters, flyers, and web content. Monitor campaign performance and gather metrics for reporting. Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, schedules, and campaign documentation.

Administration & Operational Support



Act as a point of contact for phone enquiries and in-person visits. Handle general administrative duties including but not limited to email communication, filing, data input and database updates. Manage invoices and vendor communication for promotional projects. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes.

Event Support



Assist with planning and administrating promotional events, launches, and campaigns. Coordinate logistics such as managing bookings, materials preparation, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up.

Communication & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for phone enquiries and in-person visits. Build strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and partners.

Skills & Competencies



Strong organisational and time?management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Financial & Commercial Awareness Analytical Skills: Using data to support decision-making Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative problem?solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CRM systems, scheduling platforms). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualifications



Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business, Finance or Marketing. Previous experience in business, commerce, marketing, finance, administration or similar. Understanding of promotional processes, social media platforms, and basic marketing principles.

Proactive and enthusiastic, with a positive approach to tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when communicating with stakeholders. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast?paced environment. Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
