We are looking for two experienced Administrators to sit on reception to provide business support and become a key member of the school team, responsible for delivering administrative and organisational processes within the school, always maintaining confidentiality. The two roles will cover Reception from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Shift preferences can be discussed at interview.
The role
The Business Support Administrators are responsible for providing general administrative support including diary management, handling incoming and outgoing post and maintaining office supplies, data entry, filing, handling phone calls, photocopying and document preparation, responding to emails, ensuring timely communication and forwarding to relevant staff. The postholders will provide lettings administration if required and will also be responsible for processing orders in accordance with GDST guidance, ensuring all purchasing requests are accurately documented and appropriately authorised.
The ideal candidates for this role will have previous office experience, preferably in a school setting. You will have excellent communication and people skills and will be able to deal with stakeholders with empathy. You will have sound administrative experience and an ability to manage workloads, delegating as appropriate
