We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is interested in working to support the Fostering Recruitment and Advertising Team to carry out their work within the Children and Families Department. The role will require you to complete necessary checks on potential Foster Carers and to support the wider Fostering Business Support cohort.
You will be confident, motivated, enthusiastic and possess the following:-
Proven administrative experience with excellent IT skills, highly competent in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Have experience of supporting with a variety of administration tasks, including typing and formatting, scanning/uploading, data input and taking phone calls
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships
A keen understanding of GDPR
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, but also work on own initiative when required
The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, be flexible and meet deadlines
