As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Office Support Administrator to play a central role in keeping our business running smoothly and our people thriving.

About the Role



This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of optimise. Reporting to the Head People Person, you will provide essential operational, administrative, and cultural support across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone ready to

step into a lead role

, take ownership, influence how the office and people operations run, and act as a key point of contact for the wider team. From managing day-to-day office activity to supporting events, communications, wellbeing, and brand activity, no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys supporting people while bringing energy and structure into the workplace.

What You'll Be Doing



? Coordinating meetings, diaries, travel, and events
? Supporting onboarding, DBS checks, attendance, and cohort activity
? Managing weekly company communications
? Handling office purchasing, suppliers, and invoices
? Supporting time management, utilisation reporting, and admin systems
? Assisting with marketing content, social media, and newsletters
? Organising team events, socials, and celebrations
? Supporting wellbeing initiatives, health & safety, and office environment
? Being a go-to support for the business as needs evolve
