Job description



The role:




This role is part of the Shared Service team in Manchester. You will help different parts of the organisation by doing important admin tasks that keep things running smoothly.


Your day-to-day work will include:

handling letters and emails, making sure they are stored properly and kept private responding to requests from colleagues and deciding what action to take or who to pass it to keeping accurate records using our computer system talking to people by phone and email in a clear and friendly way managing requests for clinical advice, making sure they're sent to the right people and followed up helping check the quality of clinical advice before it's used you'll also support the wider team by joining in with projects, events, and training.

We will help you learn new skills and grow in confidence as you work. At the end of the programme, you'll have a recognised qualification and the skills to take the next step in your career.

The successful applicant will have:



Good standard of verbal and written communication Good team-working/interpersonal Skills Ability to meet targets and deadlines IT literacy (Word, Excel, or Similar Software) A levels/level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
