About the role...





In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our Health & Safety Compliance team together.



Your knack for multitasking will come in handy as you juggle a variety of administrative tasks, adding value to the team and supporting colleagues across the business.



We're seeking a well-organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, to support our Health & Safety Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality admin support including monitoring compliance schedules, invoice processing, updating records, and preparing reports. Arrange and attend meetings: book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Maintain effective electronic and paper-based admin systems. Respond to enquiries with a health & safety compliance focused approach, offering basic advice and signposting. Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity). Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, providing cover and assistance as needed.

About You:





You'll be proactive, enjoy working with a diverse range of people, and take ownership of varied admin tasks to deliver efficient service.

For this role you will need:



GCSE-level education (or equivalent), with good literacy and numeracy. Attention to detail and familiarity with admin processes. Intermediate IT skills (MS Office).

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:



Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team and solve problems practically.
