Duke of Lancaster, Fakenham 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Permanent Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm and Fridays, 8am to 3.30pm Salary: 24,404 - 25,183 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: 21,247 - 21,925 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to join our dedicated team within a specialist SEN school environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school office, supporting both educational and pastoral aspects.

As the first point of contact for many visitors and enquiries, you will manage communications with professionalism, maintain accurate pupil records, assist in the preparation of important documentation including EHCP reviews, and provide administrative support across a range of key school activities. Your ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work confidently with systems like Arbor and Microsoft Office will be essential in helping the school run smoothly.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to supporting young people with special educational needs.
