An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to complete our Business Support team at our Head Office in Mold.
You will become part of an established Business Support team and help support the delivery of quality catering and cleaning services across North Wales utilising a variety of systems.
About the role and you ......
The successful applicant will provide a modern and effective customer focused Business Support service to the company and its customers and operational staff.
The successful post-holder will provide an accurate and timely financial support service including processing supplier orders/invoices through AP/AR, creating debtor invoices, and providing financial management reports.
You will carry out data entry activities to ensure performance data is accurate, timely and available to management for reporting purposes.
The successful candidate will undertake a full range of document management activities such as electronic records management, as well as a range of Microsoft Office tasks in the form of letters, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
To be considered for an interview candidates must have:
Experience working within an office environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience of providing accurate management reports.
