As a business Support Co-ordinator within our Operations and Logistics team, you will oversee the daily scheduling requirements and provide meticulous planning to ensure the smooth operations of our site teams. This will be achieved by working with both customers and internal teams to schedule works for projects across the UK to ensure deadlines are met and the appropriate skills are available at the right time.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:



Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Excellent organisational abilities to keep track of various project details, schedules, and documentation. Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly. Ensuring accuracy in all project documentation and communications. Providing excellent support to clients, managing their expectations, and addressing their concerns promptly. Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience Required:



Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the planning for all site teams ensuring customer deadlines are met Utilise project management tools to track progress and manage tasks. Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly Liaise with various internal teams to ensure the correct skills and materials are available Organise travel and accommodation requests as required Optimise logistical efficiencies by balancing workloads and preventing scheduling conflicts Organise permits as required and ensure all correct documentation are available when needed.
