Summary



We are looking for a person to provide core administrative support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage inbound queries, support our franchise network, create and schedule social media content, and assist the leadership team with general admin tasks.

This is a brilliant entry-level role for someone early in their career, who loves tech, solves problems proactively, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming support tickets, triaging and resolving where possible

Liaise daily, as required, with franchisees to ensure operational tasks and queries are progressed

Handle general administrative duties (data entry, scheduling, document management, reporting)

Create and post social media content across our channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) focussing on brand consistency

Support with basic marketing tasks (copy writing, image selection, Canva templates etc., uploading and managing lists & scheduling content)

Manage, monitor and respond to multiple email inboxes

Monitor social media inboxes and comments, responding or escalating as needed

Support with the coordination of meetings, events, socials and training sessions

Update internal systems and CRM records accurately

Monitor and update recruitment channels by editing, sponsoring and reporting

Support in sourcing, planning and delivering annual conference off-site

Inform accounts department regarding stock, invoicing and other accountancy related items

Carry out infrequent mystery shopping activities including, emails and phone calls

Warehouse administrative duties with logistics, stock taking and processing as directed

Skills and Experience required



Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident using technology, digital tools and multiple software platforms Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks at once Creative eye for content and social media trends Comfortable working remotely and independently
