- Oversee and manage the business support team to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for decision-making.

- Provide leadership and development opportunities to support staff.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Extensive experience in a business support or administrative management role.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

- Fluent in both Chinese and English

Pay: 33,400.00-39,000.00 per year
