Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality company based in London, serving clients across the UK and the Middle East. We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Support Manager to oversee critical office and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth administrative functioning
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to coordinate seamless order execution and delivery
Oversee and maintain complete and accurate export documentation, with a strong focus on GCC countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain)
Coordinate with international shipping and logistics partners, managing invoicing and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and client-specific documentation standards
Implement efficient administrative systems and maintain records as per business and regulatory requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in business support or office management roles
Mandatory experience in Middle East operations, particularly export/import documentation for UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in working with logistics/shipping companies and supplier networks
Financial awareness and ability to manage invoicing and office expenditures
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent strong qualification in Management, or related field in necessary.
Prior experience in the hospitality service industry is necessary.

Pay: 39,000.00-45,000.00 per year
