Responsibilities



Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow within the office. Supervise and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Implement organisational systems to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Provide clerical support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and etiquette. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business objectives and effective communication across teams. Assist in the development of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative or business support role, preferably in a managerial capacity. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in using office software applications, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in human resources functions is advantageous but not essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Pay: 29,500.00-39,500.00 per year
