We are seeking a Business Support Officer to play a vital role in supporting the MHLD Occupational Therapy Service, with a focus on staff development, service coordination, and business support. This non-patient-facing role requires excellent organisational, communication, and digital skills to ensure the smooth running of education, governance, and operational processes
Provide responsive and proactive business support to the MHLD Occupational Therapy Management Team, contributing to the smooth running of service operations.
Provide a range of clerical and administrative service as directed, including Maintaining and regularly updating the Occupational Therapy Staff Training Database. Supporting the management team in the collection, collation, and presentation of data for service audits, performance monitoring, and reporting. To work independently within priorities set by the management team, managing own workload and adapting to changing service needs
