Job Description

RTS Forestry is a successful, diverse and growing business operating a comprehensive service of forest, land, biomass and renewable energy/grid projects with over 50 members of staff across four offices. We are seeking a Business Support Manager/PA to the Directors to support the ongoing growth of the business.

Operating from the Company's Head Office in Crieff the successful applicant will report directly to the Directors, providing a support and project implementation function to the Board.

The role will develop to suit the aptitudes of the successful applicant but will include:

Deployment and monitoring of any Company wide system or reporting requirements.

Lead liaison with Regional Offices across all non technical/operational matters Coordination of training requirements of staff and contractors Coordination of implementation of IT systems (with support from the Company's dedicated IT provider) Liaison with the Company's PR advisors, maintenance and development of the Company's online presence. Contribution to external accreditations of the Company across environmental/safety and support in external regulatory requirements. Demonstrating strong organisational skills and delivery of tasks to Company and client deadlines.
The successful applicant will liaise with the finance team of RTS but will not hold a specific financial role at company level. Numerical competency will be key along with the ability to review and report on individual contracts/projects to the Directors and this will form a significant element of the role. Strong aptitude in Microsoft programs is essential.

The salary package will be commensurate with the individual's experience and their potential to contribute to the continuing success of the Company. Pension contribution and participation in the Annual Bonus and Company Share Ownership Schemes will also be provided.
