We are seeking a
Business Support Officer
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across key business functions, including operations, compliance, customer services, and internal coordination.
This role is office-based and plays a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and operational teams
Assist with day-to-day business coordination across production, logistics, retail, and online sales functions
Maintain accurate business records, reports, and documentation
Support compliance-related activities, including internal policies, procedures, and record keeping
Coordinate internal communications between departments and external stakeholders
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and monitoring business processes
Support customer service and booking-related administration where required
Prepare reports, correspondence, and management information as requested
Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
