Duties



Manage and maintain accurate data entry across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and record keeping. Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately and taking messages when necessary. Support team members with organisational tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence. Contribute to the optimisation of office processes by suggesting improvements and implementing organisational systems.

Experience



Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is desirable. Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices will be beneficial. Pay: 24,420.00-41,143.00 per year
