is looking for a passionate and dedicated

Business Support Officer

to join our amazing team at

Orient Street

and help make a difference today.


About the Role:





This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting the

Orient Street Short Break Service

, which provides essential respite for young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism.



You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service -- helping frontline staff focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality care and support.



As a

Business Support Officer

, you will:


Provide efficient and proactive administrative support across the service. Manage financial and data processes using systems such as

Mosaic

,

SAP

, and Microsoft Office applications. Produce accurate reports, maintain spreadsheets and trackers, and ensure data integrity. Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. Support the management team with scheduling, record-keeping, and building access coordination. Contribute to continuous improvement in administrative processes and service delivery.

This role is

based on-site

at the

Orient Street Respite Unit

, where you will help coordinate visitors, contractors, and maintenance workers.



Please note that this role requires an

Enhanced DBS check

prior to employment.
