Role Overview:



Working within the Lifelong Learning Service, the post holder will work as part of a team to deliver excellent reception services to learners and staff. The post holder will provide highly effective administration, to support the curriculum teams and give information, advice and guidance to support the Lifelong Learning Curriculum offer.





Key Responsibilities:



Provide an excellent level of customer service including a wide range of learner queries, giving appropriate information, advice to support learner queries. Undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including enrolling learners, completing service specific forms and accurately entering these onto the Tribal Management Information System. Reconcile learner payments and expenses and complete petty cash claims as required Keep up to date with the knowledge and understanding of the service offer to support staff and learner queries effectively and attend briefings and meetings as appropriate Support the Curriculum teams with registers including absences, enrolments, attendance, learner messages and skills check bookings.

To succeed in this role, you will be able to:

An ability to work to required standards with little close supervision is essential. Communicate effectively and be confident when advising and supporting Adult learners and staff Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
