Shift Pattern:

Starting 2-Days Per Week (Progressing to 5-Days per Week).

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (100%-Office Based Role).

Hourly Pay Rate:

12.21 to 12.50 (Depending on Experience).

Location:

Outside of central Southampton (accessible by public transport).

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support professional to join our team.

This role is essential in providing customer focused administrative and operational support, assistance and ensuring smooth operations within the office and field team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid foundation in various office MS Suite and CRM software applications.

Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive customer services and administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing customer requirement. Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and intuitive CRM for document creation, scheduling, ordering, material supplies, and project spreadsheets. Assist with invoicing and project tracking. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.

Experience



Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on customer services and clerical duties is essential. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Essential Requirements:



Eligable to work a full-time permanent role, no visa sponsorship available. Fluent in English (written and verbal) due to detailed telephone conversations and customer services aspects of the role. Live in Southampton area. Currently using Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system. Must be able to start as a part-time 2-days per week and develop to full-time 5-days per week once training and experience completed.
