Twin Ventures International Ltd is an established and highly reputable company in London. They specialise in Chemist dispensing in localised stores and also own a Post Office. They are expanding with an increasing demand from corporate clientele for their services nationally and internationally.

The post holder will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that all business functions run smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a pivotal role in inventory management, customer service, and team coordination. You will provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to the management team and the pharmacy teams across our branches to ensure smooth coordination between the central warehouse, head office, and pharmacy branches. This role plays a key part in improving business processes, monitoring performance, and supporting the distribution and stock management systems that underpin our operations as well as supporting all aspects of business operations and business development opportunities.

The post holder will be responsible for planning, organising and co-ordinating bulk orders and distribution to the branches based on their orders to ensure cost-effectiveness. The post holder will be responsible for stock control across our branches. The post holder will also help to support all our pharmacy business operations including the post office as required and help to aid work efficiencies and business growth whilst also managing a business support centre.

Operational & Business Support for the Pharmacy and the Post Office

Coordinate daily business activities between the warehouse, pharmacy branches, and suppliers.

Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient product flow.

Coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with retail sales, merchandising, and cashiering duties.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational performance.

Support branch managers with stock replenishment processes, order tracking, and logistics coordination.

Maintain accurate business stock and operational records, reports, and databases

Analyse sales, supply, and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the optimization of digital tools (Dataplast, Lexpos, PMR, etc.) or software for business operations and stock control.

Liaise with external stakeholders including suppliers, couriers, and service providers.

Ensure business activities comply with GPhC, MHRA, and Home Office standards relating to the handling and distribution of medicines.

Contribute to business improvement initiatives such as inventory efficiency, cost control, and customer service enhancement.

Project and process improvement by supporting the management with project planning, implementation, and follow-up reporting.

Manage all operations of a business support Centre (printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, laminating, etc.)

Support Post Office operations when required

Skills, Interests and Experience Required



Tertiary qualifications in business management or related fields and experience.

Experience in operations, administration, or business support (preferably in healthcare, retail, or logistics).

Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

General understanding of all aspects of business fundamentals in Pharmacy and Post Office operations

Organisational skills, Analytical skills Time management and prioritisation skills

A confident and calm approach to dealing with customers and staff

The ability to work quickly and accurately in a very busy environment

Excellent Customer Service skills, Good interpersonal skills and team player

Excellent computer skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Experience in pharmacy, medical supply, or regulated healthcare environments.

Understanding of UK pharmacy operations, stock management, or regulatory compliance.

Experience with ERP or inventory management software.

Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners.
