Duties
Oversee contract administration and handle contractual arrangements.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for clients
Handle administrative tasks such as typing reports, organizing files, and managing office supplies
Support office management activities including document preparation, proofing, and general clerical duties
Manage purchasing of material , supplies and their invoices
Manage processing of client payments and all invoices
Requirements
Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
