Request and manage activity reports for Service Manager and Team Leaders (e.g., timeliness, data quality, waiting times, KPIs). Serve as a contact point for queries regarding KPIs. Support BSO network framework for consistent service delivery across teams. Liaise with Corporate/Support Services to obtain performance data (activity, workforce, finance).
Provide monthly updates to Service Manager and Team Leaders. Attend meetings, take minutes, distribute them, and arrange meetings as directed. Participate in regular team supervision and business meetings. Be accessible during core working hours.
Travel across Trust sites within Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment. Autonomy in providing business support to managers and leads in data analysis for KPIs. Ensure systems are in place for monitoring and reporting performance.
Monitor, extract, and analyse sensitive data from various sources. Train staff on the Patient Information System and report training needs. Regularly review Risk Register. Gather CQC evidence as directed.
Suggest improvements to local policies and protocols. Perform other tasks as needed within the roles banding. Sit for long periods at a desk, in meetings, or while driving. Maintain focus while working on complex reports with frequent interruptions.
