We are looking for a Business Support Officer to work within the trade waste team but you may be asked to assist in other teams as and when required. The role of Business Support Officer will provide administrative and day-to-day project support to the team and you will also be a first point of contact with the public and our contact centre.



The department receives a wide variety of queries and our ideal candidate will be capable of providing exceptional customer service in order to offer a full and helpful response. We welcome a variety of candidates who can demonstrate these skills and / or wish to build upon them.
