About the role:



We are currently seeking a Business Support Services within Adult Services are currently looking for passionate, friendly, hard-working and flexible individual to join our busy administrative team. This role is peripatetic within our Afan Network Team which is predominantly based in Port Talbot Resource Centre. This role requires office working 5 days per week, occasionally between various bases in Port Talbot.

As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within Adult Services to the Afan Network Team.

The main duties of the post will be to provide general clerical/admin support including photocopying, filing, archiving, e-mailing complete standard forms/and telephony duties to the team.

To work in conjunction with frontline workers to maintain the accuracy of information held within the directorate's data management systems.

To Maintain and collate reports as required.

To assist with queries from members of the public and internal staff.

Your daily routine will be to provide general clerical/admin support including photocopying, filing, archiving, e-mailing complete standard forms/and telephony duties to the team.

About you:



4 GCSE's at grade C or above and NVQ 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
We would welcome those with experience in the following roles:

Operating relevant ICT packages - Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Outlook etc

Working as part of a team.

Communicating with various people on different levels and via different methods.

Administrative duties.
